Warranty
We provide 5 years warranty on the vessel and 2 years on the rest of the parts for every water heater except BTO and TO types.
On types BTO 5–10 2 years warranty on the vessel and 2 years on the rest of the parts.
On types TO 5–20 we provide 3 years warranty on the vessel and 2 years on the rest of the parts.
Service
Service is assured within the all area of the Czech and Slovak Republic and it guarantees reliable and troublefree operation throughout all the service life of the water heaters.
Service abroad is assured by local dealers.
